Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are patient, reliable, and genuinely comfortable in someone else's home. Caregiving asks a lot: showing up on time, paying attention to small changes, treating clients and their families with respect, and doing the work with care even when no one's watching.

Screening
Candidates who move forward will complete comprehensive background screening, reference and qualification verification, required health screening including TB screening, and employment eligibility verification. Velora is an E-Verify participating employer.
Orientation and training
Before you're matched with a client, you'll complete orientation and competency-based training covering client safety, infection prevention, personal care, fall prevention, safe mobility and transfers, emergency procedures, confidentiality, documentation, recognizing and reporting changes in condition, and the prevention and reporting of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
